The Group's technology research and development center is also an industrial, learning and research base built in cooperation with Shanghai University of Technology. In 2018, it signed a cooperation agreement with General Motors Research Institute to jointly research and develop new materials for auto parts, and was authorized exclusively to manufacture the results of new materials research and development in the Chinese market. At present, the company has a number of patents and proprietary technologies, and has successfully developed lightweight new materials for die-casting such as automobile engines, door frames and metal casings of smart phones.

At the same time, we are continuously investing in automatic high-power sample preparation equipment, Zeiss high-power microscope, scanning electron microscope and other high-end equipment for R&D and testing. We are gradually developing and refining material requirements according to the varieties of die-casting customers' products, and finally realizing the customization of materials and improving customer value.

Shuaiyichi Group reached an agreement with Alcoa in March 2020 to become the exclusive authorized manufacturer and distributor of Alcoa's patented new alloy materials and proprietary technology in China.
